Builtog - Passive house

Equator Stockholm is working on, within the European project Builtog ("building together"), to realize a passive house residential project in Stockholm containing 14 apartments for client Familjebostäder.

A new Design District is being created in and around the building Tobaksmonopolet in the heart of Stockholm’s dynamic island quarter Södermalm. The district will be a center for creativity strengthening Stockholm’s profile as the design capital of Scandinavia.

Stockholm and Casua are competing in central Prague

Casua and Stockholm are competing in a joint effort for a new office building located in central Prague.

The competition is an exciting project requiring progressive design coupled with innovative environmental technologies and great respect to UNESCO's classification of Prague's central district a World Heritage Site.

We have begun local plan work in Sundbyberg for (real estate developer) Profi. In addition to receiving new street spaces, Hallongbergen will also be densified with the addition of 330 apartments.

A living district with good communication

Marievik 15, witch lies in the district of Liljeholmen, has taken the first step to become a more compact city with focus on establishing good connections to the surrounding neighborhoods. Residences are being built on developed land in a former port and industrial area and attractive office buildings are created.
