Small-large houses in Ösby Park (1)
Idea and winning concept in the parallel contest “small-large houses in Ösby Park”, a new construction of housing with connection to railway station and villa areas by reducing the scale with simple and clean volume. The same time we play with window sizes, color and materials. -
LIV (LIFE) (3)
”Life” won the contest based on ideas how to renew Gullmarsplan. The proposal involves building over Nynäsvägen, move the existing subway and bus station and instead build an indoor market, a local outdoor market and housing. This will create a new lively Gullmarsplan with indoor market, a trade market, 700 new apartments and a new walking path instead of today’s heavy traffic. -
Drammen (3)
Drammen is a new neighborhood with focus on sustainability. Our proposal is designed from a local ecological approach with energy, food production, recycling, development and social exchanges. By changing our behavior we can an affect the result of the outcome. That’s why our proposal is based from the “kitchen model”. -
Lövholmen (2)
Revitalizing of a forgotten area. A youth house, walking path and opportunities to walk over to Södermalm is created. By preserving old industrial buildings and adding new residen-ces and premises a low and compact area is formed. A new canal system and waterways are connected from Liljeholms-viken.The green roofs provide space for recreation. -
All Russia Exhibition (3)
Eastern Europe is developing fast and to satisfy a particular need we have proposed a creation of a magical shopping mall in the center of Moscow. The Shopping center is positioned below ground surface with light that shines down through the arched glass roof combined with beautiful surrounding of green areas and water, witch creates a sense of fairytale and luxury. -
