Builtog - Passive house

Equator Stockholm is working on, within the European project Builtog ("building together"), to realize a passive house residential project in Stockholm containing 14 apartments for client Familjebostäder.

 Stockholm Design District

A new Design District is being created in and around the building Tobaksmonopolet in the heart of Stockholm’s dynamic island quarter Södermalm. The district will be a center for creativity strengthening Stockholm’s profile as the design capital of Scandinavia.

    An old industrial building in Solna has been renewed in several stages. It started with an analysis that was documented in a real estate program where other forms of alternatives of development were tested before the decision of the future and value-added activities were made. The result is increased attractiveness for new rentals and elaborate actions for the whole property and individual local areas.
