We have transformed the worn interior of an otherwise beautiful building from 1850 into unique and modern office space. The project was managed as a cooperative undertaking enabling a close collaboration among all parties. The result is that a careful refurbishment with high standard requirements in combination with a tight schedule has been completed within the agreed upon budget.

This magnificent palace from the 1880’s, once placed in the outskirts of the city, is today located in the midst of one of Stockholm’s most expansive parts. The worn and historically significant buidling has been renovated with our focus on maintaining and enhancing original historical character to evoke the building’s former splendor. A new penthouse and contemporary apartments create an interesting contrast to the building’s turn of the century architecture.
